4″ x 6″ Direct Thermal Labels, 2″ OD, 0.75″ Core, with Black Sensor Bar, White

These compact 4″ x 6″ direct thermal labels are specially designed for desktop printers that support mark sensing. Featuring a black sensor bar on the liner, they ensure precise label registration in compatible printers.

With a coated facestock for improved print quality and a perforated design for easy tear-off, these labels are perfect for small-format, short-run applications like retail, e-commerce, or pharmacy use. The 0.75″ core and 2″ outer diameter make them compatible with smaller desktop printers.

Packaging Details

Each carton contains 16 rolls of 65 labels, totaling 1,040 labels per carton. Labels are rolled on a 0.75″ core with a 2″ outer diameter. Sold in full carton quantities.

Important Information

These are direct thermal labels — no ribbon needed. The black sensor bar is required for printers using mark sensing technology. For standard gap-sensing printers, check out our other 4″ x 6″ options.
