4″ x 6″ Direct Thermal Labels with Black Mark, 8″ OD, 3″ Core, White

These 4″ x 6″ white direct thermal labels feature a black sensing mark (also known as a black bar or black mark) for printers that require label position calibration using a mark sensor. Ideal for automated print-and-apply systems and specialty printers.

They’re designed for direct thermal printing, eliminating the need for ribbons while still producing sharp, legible prints. The permanent adhesive ensures strong adhesion to boxes, pallets, or poly mailers. Perforations between labels allow for fast tear-off and clean handling.

Packaging Details

Each carton contains 4 rolls of 1,000 labels, totaling 4,000 labels per carton. Labels are wound on a 3″ core with an 8″ outer diameter. Full cartons only.

Important Information

These are direct thermal labels with a black sensing mark, compatible only with printers that support mark sensing. Not suitable for thermal transfer printers or applications requiring long-term durability. For extended label life or harsh conditions, consider thermal transfer options.
