Choosing the Right Label

4″ x 6″ Direct Thermal Labels, 8″ OD, 3″ Core, White

These 4″ x 6″ white direct thermal labels are optimized for high-volume printing and are compatible with most industrial label printers using a 3″ core and 8″ outer diameter.

They feature a heat-sensitive facestock designed for use without ribbons, making them perfect for efficient, short- to medium-term applications like shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment. Each label has a strong permanent adhesive that sticks securely to packaging materials, and the perforation between labels allows for easy manual separation.

Packaging Details

Each carton contains 4 rolls of 1,000 labels, totaling 4,000 labels per carton. Wound on a 3″ core with an 8″ outer diameter. Full-carton orders only.

Important Information

These labels are direct thermal, so no ribbon is required. Best for environments where labels aren’t exposed to excessive heat, light, or abrasion. For longer-lasting applications, check out our thermal transfer label options.
