4″ x 6″ Direct Thermal Labels, 4″ OD, 1″ Core, White

Our 4″ x 6″ white direct thermal labels are a go-to solution for shipping, barcode, and product labeling. This size is widely used for logistics and warehouse applications. Designed to deliver crisp, clear prints without a ribbon, these labels work seamlessly with direct thermal printers.

With a heat-sensitive white facestock and strong permanent adhesive, these labels are engineered for clean, durable application on corrugated boxes, mailers, or smooth surfaces. Perforations between each label make dispensing and application fast and efficient—especially useful in high-volume environments.

Packaging Details

Each carton includes 12 rolls of 250 labels, totaling 3,000 labels per carton. Labels are wound on a 1″ core with a 4″ outer diameter. Sold in full carton quantities only.

Important Information

These are direct thermal labels, requiring no ribbon. Ideal for short- to medium-term labeling. For applications exposed to heat, light, or abrasion, consider our thermal transfer label options.
