4″ x 2″ Direct Thermal Labels, 8″ OD, 3″ Core, White

Our 4″ x 2″ white direct thermal labels are designed for high-volume printing environments such as warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics operations. These labels offer reliable performance and clear, legible print quality without requiring a ribbon, reducing both waste and costs.

They’re made with a heat-sensitive facestock and strong permanent adhesive for dependable adhesion to clean, dry surfaces. Perforations between labels allow for quick, hassle-free application, while the larger 8″ OD rolls minimize changeovers during printing.

Packaging Details

Each carton includes 4 rolls of 3,000 labels, totaling 12,000 labels per carton. Labels are wound on a 3″ core with an 8″ outer diameter. Sold in full cartons only.

Important Information

These are direct thermal labels, so no ribbon is required. Ideal for short- to medium-term use. If your labels need to endure exposure to heat, light, or abrasion, consider switching to our thermal transfer label options.
