4″ x 1″ Direct Thermal Labels, 5″ OD, 1″ Core, White

Our 4″ x 1″ white direct thermal labels are perfect for high-efficiency labeling applications such as shipping, inventory, retail, and warehouse management. These labels deliver sharp, clear prints without requiring a ribbon—offering both cost savings and convenience.

Crafted with a smooth, heat-sensitive facestock and a strong permanent adhesive, these labels are made to stay put on clean, dry surfaces. Perforations between each label allow for fast and easy separation.

Packaging Details

Each carton contains 4 rolls of 2,300 labels, for a total of 9,200 labels per carton. Labels are wound on a 1″ core with a 5″ outer diameter. Sold in full cartons only.

Important Information

These are direct thermal labels, meaning no ribbon is needed. They’re ideal for short- to medium-term use. If your labels will be exposed to heat, light, or abrasion, we recommend thermal transfer labels for added durability.
