Choosing the Right Label

1.5″ x 1.0″ Direct Thermal Labels, 5″ OD, 1″ Core, White

Our 1.5″ x 1.0″ white direct thermal labels offer fast, reliable printing for a wide range of labeling needs. Designed with a heat-sensitive coating, these labels produce crisp, high-contrast images without requiring a ribbon—making them ideal for retail, shipping, inventory, and other short- to medium-term applications.

Each label is made from smooth white paper with a strong permanent adhesive that ensures a secure hold on most clean, dry surfaces. Perforation between labels allows for easy handling and separation.

Packaging Details

Each carton contains 4 rolls of 2,300 labels, for a total of 9,200 labels per carton. Stock labels are sold in full cartons only.

Important Information

These are direct thermal labels and do not require a ribbon. While they’re ideal for speed and simplicity, they are more sensitive to heat, light, and abrasion than thermal transfer labels. For long-term use or exposure to tough conditions, consider switching to thermal transfer options.
