Choosing the Right Label

1.5″ x 1.0″ Direct Thermal Labels, 4″ OD, 1″ Core, White
Our 1.5″ x 1.0″ white direct thermal labels are ideal for short- to medium-term applications where a ribbon-free solution is preferred. These labels are made with a heat-sensitive coating that darkens when passed under the printer’s thermal printhead, eliminating the need for a ribbon. Perfect for barcode printing, shipping, retail, inventory, and other general-purpose labeling needs.
With a smooth paper facestock and a strong permanent adhesive, these labels provide reliable performance and secure adhesion to a variety of surfaces.

Packaging Details
Each carton contains 4 rolls of 1,310 labels—5,240 labels per carton. Stock labels are sold in full cartons only.

Important Information
Direct thermal labels do not require a ribbon. However, they are more sensitive to heat, light, and abrasion, so they are best suited for environments where labels are not exposed to harsh conditions. If your application requires longer durability or resistance to smudging, consider exploring our thermal transfer label options.
