2.25″ x 1.25″ Direct Thermal Labels

Our 2.25″ x 1.25″ white direct thermal labels are an excellent solution for fast, ribbon-free printing. Designed with a heat-sensitive coating, these labels produce sharp, smudge-resistant prints and are ideal for applications such as product labeling, inventory tracking, and short-term shipping.

Featuring a smooth paper facestock and permanent adhesive, these labels offer strong, consistent adhesion to most clean, dry surfaces. Each label is perforated for easy separation and use.

Packaging Details

Each carton includes 8 rolls of 2100 labels, totaling 16,800 labels per carton. Labels are wound on a 1″ core with a 4″ outer diameter. Sold in full cartons only.

Important Information

These are direct thermal labels and do not require a ribbon. They’re ideal for short- to medium-term labeling but are sensitive to light, heat, and abrasion. For more durability, consider thermal transfer options.
