Our 4″ x 4″ white direct thermal fan-fold labels are perfect for applications that require large label formats with high-volume throughput. Fan-fold labels are stacked accordion-style, making them easy to load into rear-feed compatible printers and excellent for long print runs with minimal interruptions.

These labels are made from premium heat-sensitive direct thermal material, delivering sharp, clear print quality without the use of a ribbon. A strong permanent adhesive provides reliable sticking power to clean, dry surfaces. Perforations between labels make for easy tearing and application.

Packaging Details

Each carton contains 2 fan-folded stacks of 3,000 labels, totaling 6,000 labels per carton. Packed flat, with no core or roll—ideal for industrial and desktop printers with fan-fold capability. Sold in full cartons only.

These are direct thermal labels, requiring no ribbon. Perfect for short- to medium-term labeling. For more durable or long-term uses, consider our thermal transfer fan-fold label options.
